Isn’t it time to limit federal spending in Washington?
Our old-guard political parties have failed the American public miserably. In the light of uncontrolled deficit spending and a record national debt, the federal government continues to grow by leaps and bounds. Every day, it becomes more evident that neither Democrats nor Republicans are willing to provide the kind of leadership that America needs.
Neither party has been successful in avoiding the foreign entanglements and economic interventions that have threatened our nation’s foundation of free trade and individual liberty.
The Declaration of Independence postulates that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of individual liberty, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to agree to such new governance as to them shall seem most likely to protect their liberty. Unfortunately, the silence of many American citizens has been misinterpreted as approval of federal and state government intervention in both personal and economic affairs.
Now is the time to stand up for what you believe and support those candidates who can really make a difference.
Help Us Reduce the Size of Government
The federal government continues to grow at the fastest rate in history, causing our nation to deal with massive amounts of deficit spending that threatens our financial future as a world leader. Yet, the complacency and self interests found throughout our political parties continues to allow elected officials to ignore the handwriting on the walls. Simply put, the buying power of the dollar is plunging in the middle of the most serious economic crisis in nation’s history.
To avoid total failure, we all have a responsibility to work together to reduce the size of our government’s footprint and restore the individual freedoms that we’ve allowed to slip away.
It is obvious that it is past time for civic-minded individuals to stand up and be counted in the fight to create a better future for all Americans. Like Thomas Paine once said, “That government is best which governs least.” Don’t continue to allow inept politicians at all levels of government continue to gut the value of the “greenback” while destroying the dollar as the world’s reserve currency.
